5 new schools

Belfast Schools Partnership is a joint venture Design and Build project for 4 new Secondary Schools and 1 new Primary School for the Belfast Education and Library Board. All schools need to meet BREEAM "Very Good" and comply with new Part F Building Regulations. Stephen Dunn is responsible for BREEAM assessments and associated BREEAM consultancy, SBEM compliance calculations for building control including liaison with Belfast Building Control and Biomass feasibility study for the Belfast Education Library Board.

BREEAM and Thermal Modelling Consultant on this project involving the 7 million new build Performing Arts and Technology Centre. The requirement for a BREEAM "Excellent" rating by the client requires in-depth consultancy service alongside BREEAM assessment process.
