In June 2008 we produced the Energy Performance Certificate for Euston Tower in central London. Our Low Carbon Energy Assessors surveyed the building, produced a recommendation report and advised the client on areas where the building energy performance could be improved.

Carrickfergus Enterprise

In June 2008 we produced the Energy Performance Certificates for these three existing mixed-use buildings located in Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland. After conducting a complete survey, we issued the certificates to the landlord, and in some cases the tenants, making recommendations as to how to improve the buildings' long-term performance.
