SDS are providing a range of services across all campus buildings of South Eastern Regional College, covering a Sustainability Action Plan, a full range of engineering services and Display Energy Certificates. These include policies for energy, transport strategy, recycling, and carbon footprinting; opportunities for energy and water saving; full building surveys and feasibility studies for low/zero carbon technologies, and certificates for current energy usage, benchmarks and future targets.

Belfast City Council
Over 40 leisure and community centres

SDS were commissioned by Belfast City Council to carry out energy surveys and audits of over 40 Leisure and Community Centres in the greater Belfast Area. The project involved the survey of each property, benchmarking of energy consumption against best practice and preparation or overall Energy Report and submission of grant applications to the Central Energy Efficiency Fund based on recommendations.

SDS Energy provided independent feasibility reports on all available Renewable Energy Systems suitable for the fit-out of Morgan Lovell head office in central London. Feasibility studies looked at whole life costs, planning requirements, noise, available grants and provided final recommendation.
